Eliza Carthy, a guest on the Mark Radcliffe Show on BBC Radio 2 tonight, played the track El Gallito from Salsa Celtica’s new album. The track features Carthy on lead vocals on this latin-tinged version of an English traditional song. As Mark put it, ‘It shouldn’t work but it really does’.
