Hello all, now summer 2009 so sorry for the delay in saying thanks to all those who came down to see our shows way back in coldest January and May.
We had a great week of concerts, Saltaire, Peebles, London (St Lukes), Birnam and Glasgow’s Celtic Connections festival. They were all sold out and fantastic gigs, we finished off the mini tour with a spectacular Salsa Celtica big band gig at the Celtic Connections festival. The gig was at the Fruitmarket venue and featured a 16 piece big band line up of Salsa Celtica with guest musicians including the fantastic Scottish Gaelic singers Julie Fowlis and Kathleen MacKinnes. We then had had a couple of nice gigs in England, Kendal Brewery Arts Centre and then the Bury Met in Bury we have some new live photos from all these gigs up on the site. Thanks again for coming down to the shows.
